Our Story
Helderberg Water was founded in 2017, as the looming "Day Zero" water crisis in Cape Town highlighted a critical need for reliable water solutions. What began as a mission to provide security during a drought quickly evolved into a lasting commitment to quality and service. Recognising that water scarcity was a national challenge, It has expanded operations to the rest of Cape including Helderberg, Cape Winelands, Northern/Southern Suburbs, West Coast, and Atlantic Seaboard to address the growing needs of homes and businesses in Cape Town and the wider Western Cape region.
Our Cape Town branch, is based in Somerset West. We have built our reputation not just on delivering water, but on delivering excellence. This is reflected in our stellar customer reviews, our proactive and clear communication with every client, and our unwavering dedication to the highest water quality standards.
